KENYA MARKET ENTRY · DISTRIBUTION · GROWTH
Bring strong products to Kenya with a partner on the ground.
Trina Shoppy welcomes ethical manufacturers, exporters, brands and strategic investors ready to test, distribute and grow carefully in the Kenyan market.
Pilot-first. Due-diligence led. Commercial terms agreed in writing.
A PRACTICAL ROUTE INTO THE MARKET
Start with proof. Scale with confidence.
Kenya is not one customer and East Africa is not one market. We propose focused pilots that match product, price and occasion to real local demand before either party commits to large stock or fixed infrastructure.
Successful pilots can grow into authorised distribution, private-label collections, broader reseller supply, local fulfilment or a jointly developed Nairobi godown.
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
Choose the partnership model that fits the opportunity.
Kenyan distribution
Appoint Trina Shoppy to test, represent and distribute an agreed product range through local sales channels.
Wholesale supply
Build a repeat ordering relationship around quality-controlled fashion that fits Kenyan customers and price points.
Consignment or credit
Share early inventory risk through clear stock controls, payment milestones and transparent sales reporting.
Private label
Develop exclusive or co-branded collections with agreed samples, specifications, packaging and quality checks.
Godown and fulfilment
Explore Nairobi stockholding, picking and regional fulfilment after pilot demand and unit economics are established.
Strategic investment
Consider working capital, retail expansion, technology or logistics investment tied to milestones and governance.

BEFORE WE BEGIN
Questions serious partners usually ask.
Do you accept international suppliers?
Yes. We welcome enquiries from verified manufacturers, exporters and brands whose products, quality, pricing and documentation can suit the Kenyan market.
Can Trina Shoppy become an exclusive distributor?
Exclusivity may be discussed after due diligence and a successful pilot. Any territory, channel, performance conditions and review dates must be agreed in writing.
Are you seeking a warehouse or godown investor?
We are open to a jointly developed Nairobi stockholding and fulfilment operation where commercial feasibility, governance and demonstrated demand support it.
What happens after I submit the form?
We review the company, proposal and market fit. Suitable enquiries move to a discovery conversation, document checks, samples or a clearly scoped pilot.
